A solution studio for high-stakes systems

ANP Labs is a solution studio. We build production-grade software for the high-stakes parts of a business — where trust, scale, and money meet, and AI is now in the loop. We build it alongside your team, not on a slide.

Thirteen years building where money, scale, and trust meet.

ANP Labs is built on systems that businesses couldn't afford to get wrong — banking platforms at HSBC and Caixa Econômica, telecom-grade infrastructure, real-time systems in aviation, and Web3 gaming at platform scale. We've shipped the hard parts before.

Most software can fail quietly and you fix it next sprint. The systems where trust, scale, and money meet don’t give you that grace. When one breaks, the cost isn’t a bug ticket. It’s a regulator’s letter , a frozen account, a customer who doesn’t come back.

Where being wrong is expensive

Payments and settlement. Identity and access. Anything that moves real value or decides who’s allowed to. These aren’t features you iterate toward; they have to be right the day they ship, because the people relying on them assume they already are.

Why a deck won’t fix it

A consultancy hands you a recommendation and leaves. Neither the recommendation nor the slide ever has to run in production. We work the other way: we build the thing, ship it, and stay on the hook for whether it holds.

A studio, not a deck.

We don’t hand you a strategy and walk away. Our engineers work inside your stack, against your real constraints, shipping code to production. That’s the difference between a studio and a consultancy: we’re accountable for whether the thing actually runs.

  1. Start here

    Diagnose

We start by finding where the stakes actually are: a focused review of where your system touches money, identity, or scale, and where getting it wrong stops being a defect and becomes a business problem. Fast, concrete, and useful even if we never work together.

  2. The core

    Co-build

Then we build it with you. Hands on the same keyboard as your team, in your codebase, shipping to production. Not advice from the outside.

  3. By invitation

    Co-fund

For a small number of partners, we go further and back what we build with our own capital. It’s the deepest way we work, and we offer it selectively.

How the studio works, in full

Three kinds of system we co-build. They share one trait: the cost of getting them wrong is high.

01

Money movement & settlement

Payments, payouts, settlement, reconciliation. Systems that move real value across rails, where a double-spend or a stuck transaction is a financial event, not a defect you patch later.

02

Identity, trust & delegation

Who is allowed to do what, and how you prove it — for users, for institutions, and increasingly for AI agents acting on someone’s behalf. KYC, Know Your Agent, and permissioning that holds up under scrutiny.

03

Scale & resilience

Infrastructure that has to stay correct under real load: multi-tenant, adversarial, always on. Systems where integrity and uptime are the product.

Increasingly, the hardest version of this is agents — software acting on its own to move money and make decisions. Giving them identity, limits, and accountability is the newest layer we build, and the one we’ve gone deepest on.

We help define how AI agents handle money.

ANP Labs co-authored two sections of the 2026 Blockchain Game Alliance Agentic AI Report — the industry’s reference text on where autonomous agents meet regulated value — alongside Deloitte and the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a financial regulator.
