A studio, not a consultancy.
A consultancy advises and leaves. A product company sells you a box. A studio builds — and stays. We co-create the system itself, ship it to production, and where it makes sense, back it. The work is the deliverable, not a document about the work.
Built, not advised
We don’t review your architecture from the outside. Our engineers work in your codebase, against your real constraints, shipping software that goes to production. The diagnostic is the only thing that resembles a document — and even that is a build plan.
On the hook for the outcome
Co-build means shared risk. Co-fund means our own capital in the result. A studio that backs what it builds has to be right — that pressure is the point, and it is the opposite of a deck.
